RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

We do not provide a return policy because of the nature of our business, and all sales are final with no exceptions. This may sound severe, but because of the nature of the substance, any tampering may seriously hurt researchers, and if we were to resell, we couldn't guarantee the purity. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched, however customers who choose to do so between the time of purchase and the time of shipment can do so for a complete refund. We at CATHINONE HUB provide a replacement shipment for any tracked order that does not reach its destination after 21 business days.

Customers may cancel any order at any time between the time of purchase and the shipment date.
After the purchase has been sent from our warehouse, all sales are final.
We don't take returns and don't give you a return address.
After 15 business days, only recorded mail is eligible for a complimentary reship.
